Before Submission

  5. I acknowledge that the information shared in this complaint, including any personal data, will be collected, stored, and processed by the company in accordance with its internal grievance policies and applicable data protection laws. Terms of Use for the Platform & Platform Usage Policy

This Complaint Submission Platform (“Platform”) is created by the Company exclusively for the confidential reporting and redressal of sexual harassment complaints in accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 (“POSH Act”). By using this Platform, users agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Purpose of the Platform: This Platform is intended solely for the submission of complaints related to sexual harassment at the workplace. It is designed to enable employees and other stakeholders to report incidents covered under the POSH Act confidentially and securely, for redressal by the Company’s duly constituted Internal Committee (IC).
  2. Confidentiality Commitment: The Company is committed to handling all complaints with the highest degree of confidentiality. Only authorized members of the Internal Committee will have access to the complaint details. The identity of the complainant, respondent, and witnesses, as well as all information pertaining to the inquiry, will be protected as per Section 16 of the POSH Act and relevant Company policies.
  3. Data Storage & Usage: All data submitted through this Platform, including personal information and complaint narratives, will be securely stored and used solely for the purpose of conducting the internal inquiry, maintaining records, and complying with legal obligations under the POSH Act. The Company will ensure that such data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection principles.
  4. Misuse of Platform: The Platform is to be used responsibly. Submitting knowingly false or malicious complaints, impersonating others, or interfering with the functioning of the Internal Committee is strictly prohibited and may attract disciplinary consequences under the Company’s disciplinary policies and as per Section 14 of the POSH Act.
  5. No Waiver of Legal Rights: Submitting a complaint through this Platform does not waive or limit any legal rights available to the complainant under the POSH Act or any other applicable laws. This Platform is intended to supplement, not replace, any external legal remedies that may be available.
  6. Platform Access Monitoring: To ensure system integrity and prevent abuse, the Company may monitor access to the Platform (e.g., log timestamps or IPs), while strictly maintaining confidentiality of complaint content. Monitoring is for compliance and audit purposes only and will not affect complainant anonymity or protection under the POSH Act.
